What if the campaign doesn't get results?
 

We optimize every campaign based on real data, checking in every other day to tweak copy, subject lines, and targeting. But we can't promise replies; no one honestly can. What we can promise is that we're not running this on autopilot and walking away. If something's not working, we're already looking at why.

What does "10,000 emails" actually mean for leads?

​

Sequences run multiple steps per contact, so 10,000 emails sent works out to about 2,000 unique leads reached per month. We'll always tell you the real number, not the bigger one that sounds better.

What happens in the one meeting?

​

We go over your goals, ideal customer, and sales angles so the campaign actually fits your business. After that, everything runs async. Updates come through Slack, not more calls.

Can I see the campaign before it launches?

​

You'll know your ICP, sequences, and angles from the kickoff meeting, and we keep you posted as we build. If you want a final look before the first send, just ask.

Why does this cost less than agencies charging $2,500 to $5,000?

​

Honestly, a lot of that pricing has less to do with what the work costs and more to do with what the market will pay. $1,500 reflects the actual monthly cost of running this well, infrastructure, deliverability upkeep, and the hands-on labor of writing and optimizing your campaign in-house, not a number picked because businesses will absorb it.

How fast will I see results?

​

First sends go out within two weeks of kickoff. Month one is typically lighter than later months since new inboxes need to warm up before they can send at full volume. That's normal and it's what keeps deliverability healthy long term. Results vary; however, strong results tend to hit between 4-7 weeks into a campaign.

Can I cancel anytime?
 

Yes. Payments are non-refundable since the work for that month is already underway and we absorb the monthly infrastructure cost for your campaign, but there's no long-term contract. Cancel whenever you want- simply email us at contact@parlourmediastudio.com or message us on your dedicated Slack channel letting us know you want to cancel.
